States

Your site might use custom states for adding certain labels to isolation points to bring attention to their particular status.

Guidelines

• You can add a state to an isolation point, only if this feature is enabled by the administrator.

• The selectable states are preconfigured by the system administrator.

• Only one state value at a time can be added to an isolation point.

Add state to an isolation point

1. Tap the More icon on the action bar to open the menu. Tap State.

   

2. On the Add state page, tap the arrow under Name to go to the States screen.

   

3. Select a state from under Available.

   

4. Tap Apply to return to Add State screen.

   

5. Select the Follow up button if isolation point requires further action.

6. (Optional) Type any relevant notes into the Comments field.

7. Tap Apply.

Edit or delete state for an isolation point

8. Tap the More icon on the action bar to open the menu. Tap State.

   

9. On the Edit state page, tap the arrow under Name to change the selection.

   or

   Tap Delete state. On the message box, tap Delete to confirm.

   

10. (Optional) Make any other needed changes to Follow up or Comments.

11. Tap Apply.
