Unsolicited message behavior

The unsolicited messaging feature is available only to controllers that are directly connected to the TCPIP_PORT. Controllers under the ModbusBridge Object hierarchy cannot use this feature.

In accordance with the protocol, the receiver of unsolicited messages must acknowledge the receipt of unsolicited messages.
