Add and configure a DO connection

Add a DO connection to your TCP hierarchy

• In the console tree, right-click the ADAPTER_TCPIP object, and then click Add DO Connection. The New_DO_000 object and associated Parameters configuration view appear.

A Discrete Output (DO) device has a name and an offset within the adapter. The only item allowed by the DO device is 'output' offset +0. The only item supported by the DO devices is:

• Output, VT_BOOL, Read/Write, Offset+0.

Configure a DO connection

1. Enter the DO Module Offset.

2. The 'Output' Offset field is disabled as only one item is supported.
