Analog attribute runtime behavior: alarm aggregation on attributes

Alarm Aggregation on individual Attributes are summarized by the alarm aggregation attributes, updated at each scan cycle, and are displayed at runtime.

All Objects, including the User Defined Object, support Alarm Aggregation for all alarms on the entire Object, alarms on all contained Objects, and their descendants.

Individual Attributes support Alarm Aggregation on the attribute itself. An Attribute can have multiple alarms configured on it, all of which are summarized for each Attribute, and all of which are included in the Alarm Aggregation for the entire Object.
