AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering supports usage of environment variables for specifying locations in the following instances:

• While providing Staging Area location

  Example: %aveva_design_user%\IEDGateway\StagingArea

• When providing Logging Location

  Example: %aveva_design_user%IEDGateway\Logs
