If a measure is undeployed while it is busy processing calculation, the following errors/warnings will be returned in the SMC logger: "ExecuteMeasureBackfill() failed unexpectedly. Retry measure backfill Measure [name of measure]." You can ignore these messages.

SMC is not opening when AVEVA BI Gateway is installed on Wonderware System Platform 2017 Update 1.

Workaround: To use BI Gateway with Wonderware System Platform 2017 Update 1, perform the following:

  1. Install Wonderware System Platform 2017 Update 1.

  2. Install and configure BI Gateway.

  3. Once BI Gateway is installed and configured, upgrade the 32-bit (x86) version of LICAPI to the latest version using the LICAPI standalone installer of the Enterprise Licensing Platform.
