Create AVEVA XR Engage Extensions Page

The external web page (Extension window) needs to be accessible to the AVEVA™ XR Engage client and will contain JSON commands that call the AVEVA XR Engage Extensions API.

Different projects can point to different web pages. Currently, AVEVA XR Engage supports only one Extension per project; however, this Extension can be used to host multiple external data sources.
