New features

These are new features in the AVEVA™ XR Engage 5.3.0 release.

Added Dome to Environment

A new configuration field, Dome, has been added to the environment settings. This option defines a background environment for the model by combining predefined sky and ground elements into a single visual backdrop.

New button in the main toolbar

• Focus in Screen mode

Compass

The Compass is an interactive control that can reflect the current posture of the camera and modify the current views. See Compass in Screen mode

Enhanced Measurement tools

We added new tools to measure thickness and diameter.

Remove translucency

New button in Visibility toolbar to remove translucency effect on model.
