Importing and Exporting Collections

You can export the current collection file to a specified location. An exported collection file can then be shared with other Engage users who can import the collection of snapshots. A collection is saved to the project directory or a custom path in .ecf format.

Tip Set the custom path in the cadviewer.cfg file under Collections > Path.

To export a snapshot collection

1. On the Collections toolbar, click Export.

2. Select the Export folder path and provide a name for collection.

3. Click Export.

To import a snapshot collection

4. On the Collections toolbar, click Import.

5. Select the Import folder path and the name of the collection.

6. Click Select.
