Forwards and Backwards in Screen Mode

The Forwards/Backwards feature enables you to jump to previous camera positions. You can move either forwards or backwards.

Note: If there is no camera movement, Forwards and Backwards are disabled.

Move forwards

• Click Forward on the toolbar.

  

Move backwards

• Click Backward on the toolbar.

  

Camera positions

Camera positions are saved every time a user performs one of the following actions:

• JumpTo

• Snapshot

• Teleport

Note: Normal camera positions do not take minTime, minDistance, minAngle values from cfg_cadviewer.xml into consideration.

Configuration file

The Forwards/Backwards feature behaves based on the configured values in the cfg_cadviewer.xml.

For example, the cameraPositions field indicates how many camera positions that you can move forwards or backwards through. The default value for cameraPositions is 25. We do not recommend setting the cameraPositions value higher than 50, because it will affect performance.
