Show Current Tool on VR Hand

When the user selects a tool, a tool button will display on the VR active hand.
Currently, this feature is implemented for the Measure tool.
To show Measure tool on VR hand

Select Measure tool from VR menu. The Measure tool icon displays on the active hand.
To close Measure tool from icon on VR hand

Hover the other hand on the Measure tool icon on back of active hand. It will show an x icon.

Press the x icon to close the Measure tool.
