The CAD Viewer module enables you to implement your application so you can can explore and interact with CAD content inside a high-performing 3D real-time engine both in screen and VR. CAD Viewer is a fully contained module. It that has no dependency on other modules.

Features

The main functionalities offered by a project based on CAD Viewer are:

• Ability to work on screen and in VR. The two modes offer specific usability models to provide the same functionalities in the most comfortable way.

• Advanced scene navigation. Both screen mode and VR mode offer easy and comfortable navigation.

• Geometry picking. The user is able to select any element in the scene, independently from its original source (RVM, GCD/FRC or other), and get the element name.

• Jump to point of interest. The user can instantly reach selected points inside the CAD scene.

• Measurement tool that enables measuring distance between items in the scene.

• Snapshot. Ability to take picture of the scene with just the click of a button.

• Collaboration. Up to six users can cooperate on the same scene. Users are able to see each other and what items are selected by other users.
