The Search feature is used to search for and zoom to an element within the model.
Wild characters
Search accepts standard wild characters to make it easier to locate the item of interest.

Search for an element in the model

Type at least three (3) characters in search text box.
A results box displays the first six (6) search suggestions from Asset Information Management. If AIM is not available, it fetches from the Application Service.

Select an element name from search suggestions.

Press the search icon or Enter on the keyboard.
This is a search example showing a wildcard search.
