Measurement Tools in VR

The CAD Viewer module provides a set of measurement tools to use inside the scene. Measurement lines are displayed with the user color and shared among the users when doing a collaborative session.

• Linear Measurement

• Normal Vector Measurement

• Cancel Measure Tool Mode

Managing tool selection

Follow these steps to select and activate a measurement tool.

To activate a measurement tool

1. Open the menu.

2. Tap on the Measure button.

3. In the Measurement tools sub menu, tap on desired instrument to activate it.

4. Close menu to start measuring.

To change the selected tool

5. Open the menu.

6. Tap on the Measure button.

7. In the Measurement tools sub menu, tap on desired instrument to activate it.

8. Close menu to start measuring.

To exit measurement

9. Open the menu.

10. Tap on any alternative functionality.
