Configure the database

Return to the Home page from the task list and go to the tenant.
Note: Only the user(s) with the Datastore - Administrator role can access the tenant model builder.

Under the profile icon, select Whitelist Client IP.

Add a new Firewall rule by pressing the + icon.
You can add your own IP address for Start IP and End IP.

Under the profile icon, select View Datastore Information. You can copy the reporting database name and the reporting database service name from here.

Go to the program you use to configure databases. For example: Power BI, SQL Server or Management Studio.

Fill in the required information to connect to the server.
Use the Asset Information Management (AIM) register gateway with a Connection string to push the data into the tables in the server.
To get the Connection string for the AIM register gateway, raise a CDO request. You will then receive the information in an encrypted email.
