If you encounter any of the given error messages when you configure the AVEVA BI Gateway model, follow the solution described in the table below:

The new name does not comply with the naming convention for the data source, dimension, or measure. |

Undeploy the data source, dimension, or measure. |

Redeploy the dimension or measure. The dimension or measure name is renamed in the datastore only after redeploying. |

The schema of an associated data source is refreshed and changed. |

Contact AVEVA Knowledge & Support Center to whitelist your corporate domain. |

Multifactor authentication is not set up for the user in the AVEVA Intelligence Domain. |
