Identify the tenant ID

Open AVEVA BI Gateway Model Builder.

Open Developer Tools by pressing the Ctrl+Shift+I or F12 keys.

Click the Network tab.

In the Name column, filter the name based on the "measure" or "dimension" keywords.

Note: If the right pane appears blank, then refresh the browser page.

The page appears as follows.

Under General, note down the value mentioned in the Request URL field as shown in the above figure.

You can use this tenant ID value while consuming BI Gateway APIs or while connecting to databases.

For example, if you replace the value of "BI Gateway URL" and "Tenant ID" in the https://<BI Gateway URL>/modelapi/<Tenant ID>, the output appears as https://eu.bigateway.connect.aveva.com/modelapi/ 0bc81b25-a433-4a82-b6c4-1746090d41f8.
