Manage the datastore

The AVEVA BI Gateway datastore contains dimension and measure data that is stored based on the deployed AVEVA BI Gateway Model configuration.
Before you connect to the BI Gateway datastore, ensure that:

The corporate domain is whitelisted. For more information, see Whitelist corporate domain.

The user IP address is whitelisted. For more information, see Whitelist IP addresses.

BI Gateway roles are assigned to the required user groups. For more information, see Assign roles.

The MFA is set up within 14 days of the user being added to the Azure AD. For more information, see Enroll to multifactor authentication.
