Purge event log data

You can purge the Diagnostics.EventLogger table data. However, the data cannot be restored after it is purged. Therefore, ensure that you save a copy of the data so that you can access it later.

Purge event log data

1. From the AVEVA BI Gateway Model Builder Home Page, click Settings from the main menu.

   The Settings dialog box appears.

   

2. Click Purge.

   The Purge Event Log dialog box appears indicating that the Diagnostics.EventLogger table data will be purged, and this action cannot be restored.

   Note: Log Types are not applicable to immediate purge. All the data is considered for the immediate purge.

3. Click Purge.

   A message appears indicating that the event log data is successfully purged.
