A dimension can have a maximum of 190 dimension fields. You must provide at least one dimension key field per dimension. A dimension key is a field that uniquely identities each record in the dimension. You can provide a maximum of eight keys fields per dimension. When a dimension key contains more than one field, it is called a composite key.
