Completes the on-going data collection process before executing the new configuration.

If there is an on-going back-filling process, then:

• Validates the back-filling process. If the schema update in the data source affects the dependent objects, then the system displays an error message. You must redeploy the dependent objects.

• Validates the back-filling process. If the schema update in the data source does not affect the dependent objects, then the system executes the new configuration and finishes the back-filling process.

Dimensions

Modified the configuration of a deployed dimension and redeployed the dimension.

Finishes the on-going data collection process before executing the new configuration.

Measures

Modified the configuration of a deployed measure and redeployed the measure.

Finishes the on-going data collection process before executing the new configuration.

Modified the configuration other than the schedule of a deployed measure and redeployed the measure.

Initiates the measure update process.
