Whitelist BI Gateway IP addresses

If you want to whitelist the BI Gateway IP addresses, contact the AVEVA Knowledge & Support Center for the list of IP addresses. You must then whitelist these IP addresses.

Important: To whitelist reporting databases, ensure that the Reporting Analytics User role is assigned for the reporting database. To learn how to assign the Reporting Analytics User role, refer to Assign group and roles.
