Gas meter Table Edit

Gas meter records are created and configured in AVEVA Measurement Advisor. Only fields specific to the AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Gas operation are available for editing in the Advanced Database Editor (ADE).

Gas meter records displayed in ADE may have been configured as host-calculated meters. Host-calculated meters calculate hourly values from the defined input sources, and those values are sent to AVEVA Measurement Advisor. If you've configured a manual host-calculated meter, you will have the option of calculating daily values instead of hourly.

Non-host-calculated meters that are connected to a remote will also be available in ADE. When connected to a remote, configuration information from AVEVA Enterprise SCADA can be downloaded by the device, and information from the device can be uploaded to RealTime.

The information available in AVEVA Pipeline Operations for Gas can be made available to other, third-party applications.
