Name/Station/Description filter

You can filter the Gas Contract Nominations (GCN) Summary window by either the name of a Gas Contract (gascontract) record, the name of a station, or a description of a gascontract record by executing the following procedure.

To filter by Name, Station, or Description

1. On the GCN Summary window, select Name/Station/Description.

   

2. Select (...) to the right of the Name/Station/Description field to open the Gas Contract Select dialog.

   The Gas Contract Select dialog appears.

   

3. Do one of the following:

   • Select Name and choose the name of the desired Gas Contract from the list that appears.

   • Select Station and choose the name of the desired station from the list that appears.

   • Select Description and choose the desired description from the list that appears.

     The name of the selected name, station or description appears in the field to the right of the Name/Station/Description checkbox.

4. On the GCN Summary window, select Search.

   The summary window will only show the rows that meet the desired parameter.

5. Select Clear.

   The summary window reverts to show all possible rows.
