When gas delivery/supply nomination information is entered into the system, this application compares the total volume nominated against a supply/delivery point to the volume that accumulates throughout the gas day. The flow rates required to meet the nominated volumes are calculated for each supply/delivery point and displayed on the Gas Contract Nominations (GCN) Summary window.

In addition, if the projected flow compared to the nomination value deviates too far from the user-configurable limits, an alarm will be generated.

The application can use RealTime Flow Total (summation of injection and withdrawal meters) in RealTime to determine the current gas flow for supply/delivery points. Alternatively, you may elect to gather the current gas flow information for supply or delivery points based on another numeric field referenced by a path (table.pointname.field).
