Change the current cycle nomination

You can change the current cycle nomination by executing the following procedure.

To change the nomination value of the current cycle

1. On the Gas Contract Control display, select the Nomination (Current Cycle) field.

   

2. Enter the new nominated value as either Energy or Volume depending on the nomination type for the gas contract.

   

3. Select Submit.

Note: When the current cycle nomination value is updated using the Gas Contract Nomination Entry display, the equivalent volume or energy nomination (depending on the contract’s nomination type) will automatically be calculated based on the current heating value. For example, if a volume nomination contract is updated using the Gas Contract Nomination Entry display, the equivalent energy nomination value will be calculated using the current heating value. This calculation is only done once. If the heating value changes over the course of the nomination, the calculated nomination value will become inaccurate. To correct the calculated value, simply enter the nomination value again using the Gas Contract Nomination Entry display.
