AVEVA Vision AI Assistant is an artificial intelligence (AI) tool that can automatically detect anomalies or process states in a video or image feed. It can then send alarms to indicate that it detected an anomaly or specific process state. This capability allows you to maintain high quality in your production line or production processes without manually inspecting every product or piece of equipment.

Integrated with AVEVA’s HMI and SCADA software and AVEVA™ Insight, Vision AI Assistant employs deep learning to train machine learning models. Generating alerts when an image deviates from its expected state and alert operators to take immediate action, Vision AI Assistant can increase situational awareness, lengthen equipment uptime, and prevent machine failure.
