Basler

You can add a connection to a Basler camera by providing the URL or IP address. You must configure Basler cameras before you use them in AVEVA Vision AI Assistant. For more information, see Prerequisites for a Basler camera.

To add a connection to a Basler camera

1. From the Cameras side sheet, select + New.

   The New Camera page appears.

2. From the Camera Type dropdown list, select Basler.

3. In the Camera Name box, enter a name for the new camera.

4. In the URL or IP box, enter the URL or IP.

5. Select Save.

6. From the Cameras side sheet page, select the configured camera.

   The camera is associated with the skill. If the connection with the camera is not established, it then displays an error.

7. Select Next.

   The Review and Run AI page appears.
