Configure the app

The following procedure explains the workflow to place the AVEVA Vision AI Assistant OMI app onto a layout pane and configure it for use with AVEVA Vision AI Assistant.
Before configuring the app, you must complete the following tasks:

Create a screen profile, layout, and ViewApp.

Associate the screen profile and layout to a ViewApp using the Initialization Wizard.
To configure the app

Open the System Platform IDE.

Select the Graphic Toolbox tab, and then select the layout associated with the ViewApp.
The Layout editor should open and show the panes associated with the layout.

Select a pane from the layout to place the app.

Select Toolbox to locate the app.

Select the VisionControl thumbnail beneath the Toolbox list.

Drag and drop the VisionControl thumbnail onto the pane you selected.

Select the VisionControl thumbnail, and then select the Properties tab.
The Properties tab shows the properties of the app.

Assign values to the app properties.

Save your changes.

The length of time the skill information will be displayed for. By default, it is set as 1 hour. The value specified must be an integer between 1 and 24. If a value outside the range is specified, the default value is used. |
