Software Installation Report

Use this report to maintain a detailed list of all components installed on each server or client class in the system.

This document should be updated as patches or updates are applied (this does not include automatic updates). Include the following elements for each component:

• Software name, version and patch level

• License requirements

• Server or client nodes on which the software is installed
