Record Sample Characteristic Data Command

When you set this command to True, the SRO makes a call to the MES middleware to update the information about a characteristic within a sample in the Sample_Char_Link table. The Note, Cause Group, Cause, Ignore Sample, Control Move, and Equipment attributes update the sample characteristic contextual data for a sample.
