Record MES Sample Attribute Data Command

When you set this command to True, the sample recording object makes a call to the MES middleware to insert or update MES sample attributes information in the sample_attr table. The list of attributes adds or updates additional contextual data for a sample.

Note: In the current version of MES, the Record MES Sample Attribute Data Command is disabled.
