Add a destination

You can add one or more destination PI Server hosts in PI Data Collection Manager.

Note: The Data Archive and PI Asset Framework (PI AF) server used for each destination must be unique when routed to the same PI Connector Relay. When using the same Data Archive or PI AF in multiple destinations, the PI Connector Relay routes only one of those destinations.

If you add a PI Collective, the relay automatically sends data to all existing members of the collective.

1. Verify that the destination PI Server that you want to add has been installed and running.

2. In the Routing pane, select at the top of the Destinations column.

3. Under Destination Settings, enter the destination's name, Data Archive server address, and PI AF server address.

4. Select Save Settings.
