Start PI Data Collection Manager

To access PI Data Collection Manager from remote computers, configure firewalls to permit remote access to the web service port. For more information, see Firewall configuration.

On the computer where PI Data Collection Manager is installed, from the Windows Start menu, select All Programs > PI System > PI Data Collection Manager.
Note: If you are using a remote computer, enter the following URL into the browser's address bar, using the PI Data Collection Manager host's IP address or hostname and port: https://IP_or_hostname:port/ui

If your browser does not recognize the security certificate from the PI Data Collection Manager site, allow your browser to access the site.

If you see a "Page not found" error, the PI Data Collection Manager service might not be running. From the Windows menu, run services.msc to open the Services window, and then locate and start the PI Data Collection Manager service.
