Connection from PI Data Collection Manager and PI Connector Relay to PI Data Archive
All firewalls between the hosts where PI Data Collection Manager and PI Connector Relay are installed and a Data Archive server must allow PI Data Collection Manager and PI Connector Relay to open a connection to the Data Archive client port.
Note: The default port for Data Archive clients is 5450.
For example, if Windows firewall is enabled on the Data Archive host, Windows firewall needs to allow incoming connections to the client port from any PI Data Collection Manager and PI Connector Relay host that needs to add that Data Archive host to the PI Data Collection Manager service list.

All firewalls between the hosts where PI Data Collection Manager and PI Connector Relay are installed and the PI AF server must allow PI Data Collection Manager and PI Connector Relay to open a connection to the client port.
Note: The default port for PI AF clients is 5457.
For example, if Windows firewall is enabled on the PI AF server, Windows firewall must allow incoming connections to the client port from any PI Data Collection Manager and PI Connector Relay host that needs to add that PI AF server to the PI Data Collection Manager service list.
