PI Data Collection Manager component status

In PI Data Collection Manager, the following icons show the status of the data flow components.

• (Checkmark)

  The component is configured and ready but has not been started.

• (Checkmark in green circle)

  The component is collecting or sending data.

• (Question mark in yellow circle)

  The component is in an unknown state.

• (Exclamation mark in yellow triangle)

  The component is configured but is not collecting or receiving data. User action is required.

• (Exclamation mark in red square)

  The component is started but is not routed to a dependent component. User action is required. For example:

  • When shown with a connector, the connector is started but not sending data to a relay.

  • When shown for a relay, the relay is started but no connectors or destinations are routed to it.
