Pt Created digital state

When any client application, such as PI Connector Relay, creates a PI point, Data Archive creates an event in the archive for the new point, where the value is the Pt Created System digital state and the time stamp is the point creation time.

The default configuration of Data Archive removes the Pt Created event if the first update for a PI point has an earlier time stamp.

When a connector discovers a new measurement source, the first event causes the relay to create a new point for the measurement. If the first event time stamp is earlier than the creation time in Data Archive, which is likely, the Data Archive removes the Pt Created event.
