Configure failover for interfaces using PI ICU.

  1. Create the primary and backup interface instances.

  2. Configure interface buffering.

  3. Configure the shared file location.

  4. Configure and enable failover in PI ICU.

  5. If you are configuring health points, configure them in the following order:

    1. Create health points for the first interface node.

    2. Create health points for the second interface node.
