Create UniInt failover points

For UniInt failover, both interface instances of the failover pair must have associated failover points. UniInt failover points are PI points that track the status of the interface instances, and are required to trigger failover. Create failover points in PI ICU.

Note: Do not use other tools to create these points.

Recommended: Create all failover points. Navigate to the Failover tab, right-click within the PI point list, and then click Create all points (UFO Phase 2).

PI ICU automatically creates all the failover points for the interface instance.
