For troubleshooting, you can open a command prompt and change parameters from the command line instead of configuring the .bat file using PI ICU.

Ensure the interface instance was created and configured correctly in PI ICU.

  1. From the Windows menu, open a command prompt window.

  2. Navigate to the interface directory and run the .bat file.

    The interface starts.

  3. Enter the interface executable name followed by /help to list parameters supported by the interface.
