Extended descriptor attribute

The extended descriptor (exdesc) attribute is used by interfaces to configure multiple settings. UniInt extended descriptors use keywords to configure performance points, trigger points, failover control points, and interface health points.

The syntax for each extended descriptor depends on the type of point being configured, and many exdesc settings are interface-specific. Refer to the interface manual for details.
