Modify point check frequency

The default frequency for the interface to check for PI point updates is 120 seconds. You can modify this value to change the point check frequency.

Open PI ICU and select the interface instance.

From the navigation pane, select the UniInt page.

In the Performance and Behavior area, select Point update interval (sec.), and enter the new point check frequency.
This new value updates the update interval (updateinterval) parameter in the .bat file. The new point check frequency takes effect at the end of the current update interval.
