Configuration overview for UniInt interfaces

UniInt interfaces start by using a batch file that runs the interface executable. Interfaces are normally configured to run as services, and do not have their own graphical user interface (GUI).
To configure each interface installation, use PI Interface Configuration Utility (PI ICU). For each interface you install, PI ICU provides a pane for configuring interface-specific settings in the batch file. Run-time settings for the interface are specified in the batch file using command-line parameters.
UniInt interfaces require configuration for multiple functions. For more information about using PI ICU to configure interfaces, see PI Server System Management Guide.
