Define the Units of Measure (UOM)

You may select a predefined UOM list or define a custom UOM list. For this particular example, the SI UOM list is used.

1. Click the Units of Measure icon () and then New Slate.

2. Enter "EngSI" in the Slate field, and select SI from the Based On drop-down field. Click OK.

   

3. Double-click the Pressure parameter.

   

4. Click the Custom button. Select the pressure UOM kPag.

   

5. Click the Change button.

   Note: UOMs changed from default are displayed with check marks, as shown below.

   

6. In the Unit-of-Measure Slates box, click OK to save the changes and close the box.
