Connect Objects with Mechanical Streams

  1. Click Mechanical Stream in the Base Equipment library. Notice the graphic displays green highlights. These highlights indicate the available locations to begin a mechanical stream.

  2. Connect PTL1 to MTL1. Click OK in the Stream New Name dialog box.

  3. Highlight the MS1 stream and move the connector position around by clicking on a red box to move a portion of the line.

  4. When completed, the flowsheet should resemble the following figure.
