Creating a New Flowsheet

In this section, we will create a new flowsheet in the FirstSim simulation.

Select FirstSim in the instances tab. Select Edit.

In the flowsheets frame click the Add button. The simulation name should be FirstSim.

Enter Motor Tieback in the Flowsheet Name field.

Select the appropriate engine name from the Engine Name list. Example: DynSimL1.

Click Create.

In the Simulation Configuration window, click Close. The new flowsheet should appear in the instances tree.
