Cross-Reference support for Unsigned 32-bit Integers

The Triconex Emulator only uses signed 32-bit integers (with the range -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647).

If a signed 32-bit integer output (with the range -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647) is cross-referenced to a TRISIM integer input, the value in the Triconex Emulator is correct.

Problem: Previously, if an unsigned 32-bit integer output (with the range 0 to 4,294,967,295) was cross-referenced to a TRISIM integer input, the value in the Triconex Emulator was incorrect. Since 32-bit integers are used to pass 32 digital signals from one application to another, this problem manifested when the Triconex Emulator unpacked the integer.

Two new TRISIM cross referencing conversion functions, US2SG and US2SGR, have been added to address this problem.
