In the Tank Level Control window, right-click PTL1 and select Data Entry.

In the PTL1 DEW dialog box, under the Basic tab, modify the parameter listed below and click OK.
Flow Curve scale:
0.02 m3/sec
Head Curve scale:
1.5 m
