In the Tank Level Control window, right-click VTL2 and select Data Entry…

In the VTL2 DEW dialog box, under the Basic tab, modify the parameter listed below and click OK.
Valve Cv:
150 Cv
Note: VTL1 has valve Cv value of 100. The default value is sufficient for our example.
