Sign In to CONNECT

To sign in to CONNECT

1. Open the CONNECT home page using the following URL: https://connect.aveva.com/#/

2. Select Sign in to display the following popup window.

   

3. Sign in using your email ID and password.

   Note: You will be signed in automatically if you are using the Single Sign-On option. If you are a first-time user, you must register yourself as a user by filling up the details in the Register tab and accepting the Terms and Conditions. If you attempt a sign-in ten times consecutively with a wrong password from the same location (IP address), then your login will be blocked. If this happens, contact AVEVA Global Customer Support to unlock your account.

Corporate Sign-In – Federation for Single Sign-On

Some CONNECT accounts are configured to use Active Directory Federation, which enables authentication and authorization to CONNECT product components using the corporate user identity. This enables you to use Single Sign-On using the user account from the corporate domain.

If Single Sign-On is enabled, you only need to provide your email address when signing in to CONNECT.

Note: You may be prompted to sign into your corporate Sign-In page.

Users with Access to Multiple CONNECT Accounts

In some cases, you may have access to several accounts in CONNECT, for example, to access a training environment. In such cases, you are presented with an additional screen to select an account to sign in to.
